On February 22, the press conference of the 9th International Theatre Academy Award (Acting Award) was held at Qingdao International Press Center.

It is reported that this year's series of activities will continue from now until June and many famous artists, stars and theater lovers will be invited to the opening ceremony to enjoy the opening stage.

What's more, the famous actor Wang Zhiwen will deliver a speech as the chairman of the jury of the “Academy Award”. At the same time, outstanding theatrical works of different styles from different countries around the world will be colorfully presented in Qingdao.

Founded by the Central Academy Of Drama, the International Theatre Academy Award is known as the ‘Oscars’ of the theater world. Now it returns after three years of absence, which will fully explore the theater art resources of Qingdao and promote the high-quality development of culture and art in the city.
